One person, one account
It is tempting to let a helper use your own login. The problem shows up later, when a load goes wrong and you cannot tell who made it. Separate accounts put a name on every action. They also let you remove one helper without disturbing anyone else.
Setting up a helper
- Sign in with your distributor account.
- Go to the agents or sub-accounts section.
- Pick a username that shows who it belongs to, such as your shop name and the helper's first name.
- Give it a starting password and save.
- Share the login in a private message and ask the helper to choose a new password.
New helper accounts have zero points until you send some.
Giving helpers points
Choose the helper, enter an amount and confirm. Start with a small amount for anyone new. Watch how they handle their first few days: do they load the right players, answer quickly and tell you about mistakes? When the answer is yes, increase their share step by step.
Forgotten passwords
You can set a new password for any helper under you. Send it privately, never in a group, and ask them to change it again straight after signing in.
Rules that keep your balance safe
- Use a strong password just for Yolo 777.
- Open the admin side only from your bookmark.
- Look through each helper's records every week.
- Shut down any helper account on the day that person leaves your team.
- Keep the bulk of your points at the top and send them down in small amounts.
Spotting problems early
Each helper's records show all of their activity. Watch for changes in habits, such as much bigger loads or activity at strange times. Ask about it politely. Usually there is a normal reason, and asking shows your team that you are paying attention.
